I have been involved in semi and professional football from a young age. My desire and need to be physically fit is a priority with what I do. The skills that I have gained via my high levels of coaching throughout my career have encouraged me to become a personal trainer in hope of helping others to reach their goals in a healthy and safe way. I believe that with a personalised plan and positive reinforcement from a trainer, anyone can begin to become enthusiastic and even excited about exercising again.
I find the sessions to be really motivating and different each week which is helping me to stay interested in exercising.
